What is your privacy policy?

You can use Natura creative art.com website without submitting personal data. However, if you open an account on the website, we do ask you to supply the data necessary for us to invoice you and deliver your order: your name, address, email etc. Natura creative art.com undertakes to disclose your personal data only to third parties involved in the ordering process such as delivery service. As we use Paypal for all online payments, we do not have access to any of your financial data.

How do I log in if I've forgotten my password?

In the section My account, click on ' I have forgotten my password' for the security of your account, a new password will be generated and sent to the email address you entered previously. You may change this password by logging into your account

How do I make changes or cancel my account?

How long will delivery take and how much will it cost ?

During the ordering process, we will inform you of the time required for delivery. The maximum delivery time is 30 days unless otherwise stated when you place your order. We have a standard flat rate for a shipment up to 2 kg of R55,00. When an order is shipped, Natura creative art.com gives notice that an original invoice including the delivery costs and VAT is available online in the 'my account' section of the website.

Delivery Mode:

We offer 2 shipping methods, depending on your preferences:

  • Ordinary parcel rate
  • Speed Services

We deliver door to door – if no one is available to take the package, the carrier will leave it at your nearest post office


The price of delivery depends on the size and weight of the package, it will always be indicated when you place your order

Up to 2 kgs:

  • Ordinary: R55
  • Speed services: R 95

Between 2 kg to 5 kgs:

  • Ordinary: R75
  • Speed services:R200

Between 5kg to 10 kgs:

  • Ordinary: R120
  • Speed services: R 350

Delivery Times:


  • Ordinary: approximately 7 to 10 working days from the time of your order
  • Speed services: approximately 3 to 5 days from the time of your order

How do I return or exchange an item?

Please check your order the day of receiving it and inform us of any transit damage problems immediately. Prior to returning us a product, You must notify us by sending an email to sales@naturacreativeart.com with the order reference number, a quick explanation of the reason why you wish to return the product, and any detail you consider important. You should return products in their original conditions in their original packaging, with the original receipt.
